万豪开放Status Match会籍匹配活动,金卡挑战5晚,白金卡挑战15晚,会籍有效期可至2022年2月

一、什么是 Status Match

“Status Match”直接翻译就是“状态匹配”。意思就是说,当您已经拥有 A 集团的精英会员资格,那么您可以申请 B 集团提供的“Status Match”服务,来获得 B 集团对应等级的精英会员资格。通过“Status Match”您不需要按照正常规则,累积足够的房晚或者积分,就能获得高级会员资格。

那么酒店集团为什么会推出这种看似没什么收益的活动呢?简单来说就两个字:“抢客”。“Status Match”的对象本来就是竞争对手的优质客户,那么通过提供对等或者更高的会员权益,就可以使得此优质客户变成自己集团的客户。

三、匹配申请操作

您必须通过下方的万豪官方指定申请地址,填写表格和提交资料,等客服通过后才能匹配和获得挑战资格。

如果您已经是万豪旅享家会员,那么也可以登录账号申请挑战,原白板和银卡会员可以申请挑战金卡,原金卡会员可以申请挑战白金卡。

第一步:选择您在其他酒店集团的当前会员等级。

万豪Status Match会籍匹配

第二步:上传您原有其他酒店集团的会员等级证明,及过去 12 个月在该酒店集团的住宿记录证明。

这两份证明,您都可以提供 JPG/PNG/PDF 格式的屏幕截图,不会截图的用手机拍照也行。

注意,会员等级证明中必须显示你的姓名和会籍级别,其他个人信息例如会员号、地址等信息可隐去。

万豪Status Match会籍匹配

提交申请后,通常约 10 个工作日内,就能得到客服的邮件回复。如果申请通过,您将在 24 至 48 小时内获得一张有效期 90 天的万豪金卡或白金卡。

三、挑战任务

申请通过后,您需要在接下来的 90 天内完成住宿挑战任务,才能把会籍保留到 2022 年 2 月。在挑战期间,您都能获得对应等级的会员待遇。

  • 金卡挑战:90 天内完成 5 晚住宿
  • 白金卡挑战:90 天内完成 15 晚住宿

挑战任务以 Night 计算,而不是以 Stay 计算。这样操作起来就比较方便,可以免去切 Stay 的麻烦,特别是对于出差党来说。

要注意的是,只有通过官方渠道的付费预订才算合格住宿。使用积分兑换或免房券的住宿,及通过第三方订房网站(如:Agoda、Booking 等)预订的住宿,均不算合格住宿。

对于正常升级的住宿要求来说,这个挑战任务可说是相当容易了。大家对比一下正常升级的要求就知道:

  • 金卡:每年住满 25 - 49 晚
  • 白金卡:每年住满 50 - 74 晚

如果您是新注册会员,那么还可以登记住二送一活动,只要完成 2 次住宿就能获得一张免房券,可以兑换一晚最高 Cat4 的酒店。

此外,别忘记登记当季积分奖励活动,及其他优惠活动,降低住宿成本,加速积分回血。

四、金卡和白金卡的待遇

自从万豪与 SPG 合并后重新划分会员等级后,金卡已经没什么好待遇,也就房型升级有点用处(不能升级至套房)。

白金卡以上等级的待遇才算得上真正有用,白金卡的核心福利包括:免费升级房型至套房,保证 4pm 延迟退房,免费双人早餐,酒廊使用权。

所以如果条件合适,您应该尽量去 Match 白金卡,而不是金卡,别白白浪费一次 Status Match 机会。

五、总结

万豪开放 Status Match 的机会极为少见,挑战难度也比以往的 Status Challenge 有所降低。最重要的是,挑战期间也能享有待遇。估计是受疫情影响,万豪才会有此一举。

虽然此次 Status Match 万豪并没有说明截止时间,但是条款中指明,挑战成功后的会籍有效期到 2022 年 2 月。那就说明此次 Status Match 开放时间仅限 2020 年。是否会延期还是未知之数,大家要好好把握机会。

万豪可能会对申请的人数有限制,而且据说目前申请火爆,一度导致系统崩溃,所以同学们要抓紧时间申请。提交不了的就多尝试几次。

六、促销条款

Status Match Taste of Platinum Terms & Conditions

  1. Marriott Bonvoy™ members with base membership (Member), Silver Elite or Gold Elite status are eligible for this promotion; members with Platinum Elite, Titanium Elite or Ambassador Elite status are ineligible for this promotion.
